环境中新污染物的来源、行为、归趋与治理

Source,Behavior,Fate,and Governance of Emerging Pollutants in the Environment

新污染物是指发现或关注时间较晚、具有环境健康风险但尚未被现有管理体系加以有效约束的污染物。目前,我国新污染物治理工作面临许多问题。本文对新污染物的概念和种类进行了梳理。此外,对环境中新污染物来源与危害、环境行为与归趋进行了总结。最后,对中国新污染物治理工作现有政策进行了分析,基于此,对环境中新污染物治理工作的发展方向做出了几点展望。

Emerging pollutants refer to pollutants that have environmental health risks and not yet been constrained effectively by existing legal systems.These emerging pollutants were discovered or concerned about recently.At present,the governance of emerging pollutants in China facing many problems.In the present study,the concepts and types of emerging pollutants are summarized.The sources and hazards of emerging pollutants in the environment was discussed.In addition,the environmental behavior and fate of these emerging pollutants in the environment was summarized.Finally,the existing policies for the governance of emerging pollutants in China was analyzed.Based on this,several prospects are proposed for the governance of emerging pollutants in the future.
