高效液相色谱仪不同检测器测定食品中三氯蔗糖的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 三氯蔗糖是现代食品中广泛使用的甜味剂。高效液相色谱法(LC)是食品中三氯蔗糖测定的常用方法,一般选用蒸发光散射检测器(ELSD)和示差折光检测器(RID)进行测定。本实验对不同样品进行三氯蔗糖加标实验,将ELSD检测器和RID检测器结果进行了系统对比分析,初步证明了ELSD法的检出限更低,在低浓度测定时目标物峰形更好,信噪比更高,响应更灵敏,在较低加标浓度时回收率更高,表明ELSD法更适用于低三氯蔗糖添加的食品检验中。相比之下,RID法的重复性更好,适用于较高三氯蔗糖添加的食品检验中。 Sucralose is a widely used sweetener in modern food.High performance liquid chromatography(LC)is a commonly used method for the determination of sucralose in food.Evaporative light scattering detector(ELSD)and differential refractive detector(RID)are generally used for the determination.In this study,different samples were subjected to sucralose spiking experiments,and comparative analysis was conducted using LC-ELSD detector and LC-RID detector.It was preliminarily demonstrated that the ELSD method has a lower detection limit,better target peak shape,higher signal-to-noise ratio,and more sensitive response at low concentrations.The recovery rate is higher at lower spiking concentrations,indicating that the ELSD method is more suitable for food inspection with low sucralose addition.In contrast,the RID method has better repeatability and is suitable for food inspection with higher levels of sucralose addition.
