摘要
食品快速检测技术具有方便、快速、准确等优点,已成为食品检测领域的重要技术支撑。本文简要介绍了常用的食品快速检测技术,总结了各类不同技术的原理、研究进展,并对比对了不同技术的优缺点,以期为后续的食品安全相关检测技术的研究提供参考。
Rapid detection technology has the advantages of convenience,speed,and accuracy,and has become an important technical support in the field of food detection.In this work,in order to provide reference for subsequent research on food safety related detection technologies,we briefly introduce commonly used rapid detection technologies for food,summarize the principles and research progress of various different technologies,and compare the advantages and disadvantages of different technologies.
