化学化工类二级学院实验室安全责任人安全意识内涵与强化途径

A Study on the Connotation and Ways of Strengthening the Laboratory Safety Awareness of Responsible Person in Secondary College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering

强化化学化工类二级学院、实验中心、实验室三级实验室安全责任人的安全意识是高质量做好实验室安全建设和管理的基础保证。通过对安全责任人的安全意识及其内含的四种分意识即安全风险意识、安全防范意识、安全遵规意识、安全责任意识的解析,以履职需要、制度规范、持续学习、实践锤炼、建设高质量教育体系需求等途径不断强化安全责任人的安全意识,提升其实验室安全管控能力,在实验室安全实践活动和提高人才培养质量中体现其价值。

Strengthening the laboratory safety awareness of responsible person of the three levels in secondary college,experimental center and laboratory in chemistry and chemical engineering,is an important guarantee for high-quality laboratory safety construction and management.Based on the analysis of responsible persons'laboratory safety awareness including risk awareness,prevention awareness,compliance awareness as well as responsibility awareness,this paper discusses how to fulfil the need in performance of duty,institutional norms,continuous learning,practical work and building a high-quality education system,aiming to strengthen responsible persons'laboratory safety awareness and control ability,which can display attractive value in laboratory safety practices and high-quality personnel training.
