基于“双轨多元”的药学综合实践技能训练考核平台建设与应用

Construction and Application of a Pharmacy Comprehensive Practical Skills Training and Assessment Platform Based on the“Dual Track and Diversified”Curriculum System

药学实践教学对于培养高素质创新药学人才具有重要的促进作用。为适应医药行业发展和人才培养需求,南京医科大学药学院构建了“课内实践+课外实践”双轨并行的多元化课程体系,但在实践教学活动的执行中,暴露出很多问题:如授课模式单一、同质化标准缺乏、实践技能考核不规范不系统等问题。为此,药学院建设了“药学综合实践技能训练考核”平台,以改进教学方式、拓展教学途径、创设同质化标准、规范实践操作、客观系统化技能考核,促进教学效果的提升和“双轨多元”教学体系的底层实现。本文主要介绍该平台的建设与应用,以期为药学实践教学改革提供可借鉴经验。

Pharmaceutical practical teaching plays an important role in cultivating high-quality and innovative pharmaceutical talents.In order to adapt to the development of the pharmaceutical industry and the demand for talent cultivation,the dual track and diversified curriculum system of“in-class practice and extracurricular practice”was constructed by the School of Pharmacy of Nanjing Medical University.However,during the implementation of practical teaching activities,many problems have been exposed,such as singleness of teaching mode,lack of homogenization standards,and non-standard and unsystematic assessment of practical skills.Given these problems,School of Pharmacy has built the“pharmacy comprehensive practical skills training and assessment”platform to improve teaching methods,expand teaching channels,create homogenization standards,standardize practical operations,and objectify and systematize skills assessments,which aims to improve the teaching effectiveness and promote the underlying implementation of the“dual track and diversified”curriculum system.This paper mainly introduces the construction and application of this platform and hopes to provide referential experience for the reform of pharmaceutical practical teaching.
