基于模糊PID的电动式多千斤顶同步控制系统研发

摘要 针对飞机用千斤顶系统自动化水平低、同步性能差等问题,研发了基于模糊PID的电动式多千斤顶同步控制系统。鉴于多千斤顶系统缺少耦合、抗干扰能力差,提出了改进的偏差耦合控制结构;基于模糊PID控制算法进行了偏差补偿器设计,使系统能够根据输出状态偏差对输入进行实时调整。利用LabWindows/CVI开发了上位机控制软件,实现了多千斤顶系统同步升降控制。实验结果表明:该系统具有较好的同步性和稳定性。 Aiming at the problems of low automation level and poor synchronization performance of aircraft jack system,an electric multi-jack synchronous control system based on fuzzy PID is developed.Due to the lack of coupling and poor anti-interference ability of the jack system,this paper proposes an improved deviation coupling control structure.The error compensator is designed based on fuzzy PID control algorithm,so that the system can adjust the input in real time according to the output state deviation.LabWindows/CVI is used to develop the upper computer control software to realize the synchronous lifting control of multi-jack system.Experimental results show that the system has good synchronization performance and stability.
