催化裂化烟机振动高原因分析及改进措施

摘要 催化烟机是催化裂化装置的核心设备,烟机的平稳运行关系到催化裂化装置乃至全厂的经济效益。介绍了在烟机长周期运行中,出现振动逐渐升高的情况,利用机组振动状态监测,结合检修拆解情况共同进行分析。并从工艺运行参数以及催化剂加注情况,总结出催化烟机长期运行振动高的主要原因,提出了优化措施和结果验证。 The catalytic smoke machine is the core equipment of the catalytic cracking unit,the smooth operation of the smoke machine is related to the economic benefit of the catalytic cracking unit and even the whole plant.This paper introduces the situation that the vibration of the smoke machine increases gradually during the long period operation.It is analyzed by monitoring the vibration state of the unit and combining the condition of maintenance and disassembly.The main reasons for the high vibration in the long run of the catalytic smoke machine are summarized from the parameters of the process and the filling of the catalyst,and the optimization measures and result verification are proposed.
