摘要
硝酸装置高压反应水冷器反复出现列管泄漏氧化氮的问题,造成对壳体和排气管线的腐蚀,影响生产。通过对高压反应水冷器腐蚀泄漏问题进行分析,找到了换热管内表面晶间腐蚀和换热管外表面的点腐蚀原因,提出了针对性的防腐蚀措施,取得了较好的效果。
The problem of nitrogen oxide leakage from the high-pressure reaction water cooler in the nitric acid plant repeatedly occurs,causing corrosion to the shell and exhaust pipeline,affecting production.This article analyzes the corrosion leakage problem of the high-pressure reaction water cooler,identifies the reasons for intergranular corrosion on the inner surface of the heat exchange tube and point corrosion on the outer surface of the heat exchange tube,and proposes targeted anti-corrosion measures with good effects.
