断层破碎带铁路桥梁圆端型薄壁空心墩翻模施工

摘要 为探讨断层破碎带铁路桥梁工程圆端型薄壁空心墩翻模施工,结合砖房子双线特大桥6~21#墩区域实际情况,分析了断层破碎带圆端型薄壁空心墩翻模施工的要点及在具体施工中需要注意的问题。分析得到,在断层破碎带铁路桥梁工程施工中,科学合理地应用圆端型薄壁空心墩翻模施工技术,在墩顶段采取预制盖板进行封顶施工,可很好地提升施工速度和效率,对于圆端型薄壁空心墩墩身截面呈现出变坡型,需按照最高高度在模板中进行加工,根据墩身高度进行支立施工,可有效加快施工速度,保证施工质量,值得在类似工程中大量推广和应用。 In order to discuss the construction of thin-walled hollow pier with round end in railway bridge engineering in fault fracture zone,the key points of the construction of thin-walled hollow pier with round end in fault fracture zone and the problems in concrete construction are analyzed combined with the actual situation of pier 6~21 of double-line bridge with brick house.The analysis shows that in the construction of railway bridge engineering in fault fracture zone,the scientific and reasonable application of round end type thin-wall hollow pier turning mold construction technology,adopt prefabricated cover plate in the top section of pier,can improve the construction speed and efficiency.For round end type thin-wall hollow pier body section presents a variable slope type,which needs to be processed in the template according to the highest height.According to the height of the pier standing construction,can effectively accelerate the construction speed,to ensure the quality of construction,it is worth a lot of promotion and application in similar projects.
