城市功能对餐饮业聚集影响的空间异质性研究——以成都市为例

Spatial Heterogeneity of the Effects of Urban Functional Layout on the Clustering of Catering Industry:a Case Study of Chengdu City

餐饮业的聚集利于扩大产业发展规模、促进经济效益的提升,同时有助于发展城市旅游、塑造城市形象。餐饮业的聚集与城市功能具有较大关联性,且二者的分布具有非均衡性。目前对餐饮业分布影响因素的研究多将城市功能视为区域内均质分布的对象,较少就不同区域城市功能对餐饮业聚集影响的差异性进行探讨。因此研究基于POI数据,采用局部Getis-Ord Gi*指数探讨城市餐饮业的聚集特征,利用地理加权回归模型探讨城市功能对餐饮业聚集影响的空间异质性。结果表明:1.餐饮业聚集空间的分布具有空间异质性,城市中心区餐饮业聚集程度较大且成片状分布,城市外围餐饮业聚集程度相对较弱且呈孤立点状分布;2.同一城市功能在城市中心区及外围区域对餐饮业聚集的影响机制具有明显差异;3.相较于城市外围区域,城市中心区餐饮业对于单一城市功能的依赖程度更低。

The gathering of the catering industry is conducive to expanding the scale of industrial development and promoting economic benefits,while helping to develop urban tourism and shape the image of the city.The aggregation of catering industry and urban function have a strong correlation,and the distribution of both has a nature of non-equilibrium.The current studies on the factors influencing the distribution of the restaurant industry mostly consider urban functions as homogeneously distributed objects in the region,and rarely explore the differences in the influence of urban functions on the aggregation of the restaurant industry in different regions.Therefore,based on POI data,the study used local Getis-Ord Gi*index to explore the aggregation characteristics of urban catering industry,and used a geographically weighted regression model to explored the spatial heterogeneity of the influence of urban functions on the aggregation of catering industry.The results show that 1)the spatial distribution of the restaurant industry is spatially heterogeneous,with a large and patchy distribution in the central area of the city and a relatively weak and isolated distribution in the peripheral area of the city;2)the influence mechanisms of the same urban function on the restaurant industry aggregation in the central and peripheral areas of the city are significantly different;3)Compared with the peripheral areas,the catering industry in the central areas of cities is less dependent on a single urban function;the central areas should be equipped with composite catering industry to meet various consumption demands,while the peripheral areas should be precisely equipped with catering industry considering the main urban functions.
