钢筋混凝土单框架主厂房抗震性能设计

摘要 某化工行业动力站主要功能为供热,主厂房内无汽轮发电机,主要设备为除氧器和煤斗,主厂房采用钢筋混凝土单框架结构,工程抗震设防烈度8度(0.20g)。简要介绍该结构的主要特点和超限情况,根据结构特点制定抗震性能目标,进行多遇地震作用弹性分析、设防地震作用性能化设计、罕遇地震作用弹塑性时程分析。结果表明:多遇地震、设防地震、罕遇地震作用下的变形满足规范性能要求;承载力验算,单框架结构在设防地震作用下柱底出现拉力,拉弯组合导致柱配筋率显著增加。 The main function of a power station in chemical industry is supplying heat.There is no turbine generator in the main building.The main equipment is deaerator and coal hoppers.The main building adopts reinforced concrete as single span frame structure,and the seismic fortification intensity of the project is 8 degrees(0.20 g).In this paper,the main characteristics and over-limit of the structure are introduced briefly.According to the characteristics of the structure,the seismic performance target is established.The elastic analysis of frequent earthquakes,the performance design of seismic fortification,and the elastic-plastic time history analysis of rare earthquakes are carried out.The analysis results show that the deformation under frequent earthquakes,fortification earthquakes and rare earthquakes meets the standard performance requirements.In bearing capacity checking calculation,the bottom column have been tensile in single span frame structure under seismic fortification,and reinforcement rate in column is too large.The research results can provide reference for similar projects.
