钻孔预制复合桩在风电基础的工程应用与试验分析

摘要 钻孔预制复合桩的主要工艺过程为长螺旋钻进、压注水泥浆成孔、高频锤击压入管桩、压补水泥浆及养护成桩。最终形成一种共同受力的复合桩型。以某工程项目为背景,进行现场单桩试桩试验,并且测量复合桩中桩身轴力的传递。单桩竖向抗压、抗拔极限承载力的确定采用慢速维持荷载法,试验结果表明钻孔预制复合桩的承载力相对于一般管桩有较大提高,大大缩短桩长,既能够满足工程提出的承载力要求,又能较大幅度的降低工程造价,具有较好的应用前景和较高的经济效益。 The main process of drilling prefabricated composite piles includes long spiral drilling,injecting cement slurry into the hole,high-frequency hammering into the pipe pile,pressing cement slurry,and curing into the pile.Finally,a composite pile type is formed that bears common forces.Taking a certain engineering project as the background,on-site single pile test was conducted and the transmission of axial force in the composite pile was measured,providing a reference basis for other similar engineering projects.The determination of the vertical compressive and uplift ultimate bearing capacity of a single pile adopts the slow maintenance load method.The test results show that the bearing capacity of the drilled prefabricated composite pile is significantly improved compared to the general pipe pile,greatly shortening the pile length.It can not only meet the bearing capacity requirements proposed by the project,but also significantly reduce the project cost,and has great application prospects and high economic benefits.
