Research on the Reform of Securities Companies'Business Model under the Background of Digital Economy

文章系统梳理了数字经济背景下证券公司的信息技术投入现状,以及区块链、大数据、云计算、人工智能等技术在证券公司的应用现状。以此为基础,探讨了数字经济背景下证券公司经营模式的变革趋势:从“业务条线各自为战”转向以客户为中心的“业务+平台”整合协作模式;从“唯大为美”转向“大而全”与“小而美”各自精彩;由科技“支持”业务转向科技“引领”业务;第四,由单纯依赖传统网点渠道转向线上线下渠道整合。

This paper systematically combs the status quo of digital technology investment of securities companies in the context of the digital economy,as well as the application of block-chain,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other digital technologies in securities companies.Based on this,the article explores the trend of transformation in the business model of securities companies in the context of the digital economy:firstly,shift from“business lines fighting independently”to a customer-centric“business+platform”integrated collaboration model;secondly,shift from“emphasizing the importance of greatness”to“being big and comprehensive”and“being small and smart”,each with its own brilliance;thirdly,shift from technology“supporting”business to technology“leading”business;Finally,shift from relying solely on traditional branch channels to integrating online and offline channels.
