数字经济对企业绿色创新的影响研究——基于内部控制的调节效应

Research on the Impact of Digital Economy on Enterprise Green Innovation:Adjustment Effects Based on Internal Control

双碳背景下,绿色创新已经成为企业数字化转型的底色,数字经济的蓬勃发展为绿色创新提供了新契机、赋予了新动能。本文基于2012—2021年中国A股上市公司数据,探讨数字经济影响企业绿色创新的内在机理。研究发现:数字经济显著促进了企业绿色创新,且通过一系列稳健性检验后仍然成立;机制检验结果表明数字经济可以通过缓解融资约束进而促进企业绿色创新,并且内部控制在数字经济与绿色创新之间发挥着正向调节作用;异质性分析发现,在非国有企业、大规模企业中,数字经济对绿色创新的作用更为显著。此结果为研究数字经济的创新驱动效应提供了新的微观理论视角,对我国利用数字经济实现绿色低碳、高质量发展具有重要意义。

Under the background of dual-carbon,green innovation has become the background color of enterprise digital transformation.The vigorous development of digital economy provides new opportunities and gives new momentum to green innovation.Based on the data of all Chinese A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2021,this paper explores the internal mechanism of digital economy affecting corporate green innovation.The results show that digital economy is positively correlated with enterprise green innovation and it is still valid after passing a series of robustness tests.The mechanism test results show that digital economy can promote enterprise green innovation by easing financing constraints and internal control plays a positive regulating role between digital economy and green innovation.Heterogeneity analysis shows that digital economy plays a more significant role in green innovation among non-state-owned enterprises and large-scale enterprises.This result provides a new micro-theoretical perspective for the study of the innovation-driven effect of the digital economy.And it has great significance for China to realize green,low-carbon and high-quality development by using the digital economy.
