新商科背景下大数据与会计专业人才培养体系探索

Exploring the Talent Cultivation System for Big Data and Accounting Major in the Context of New Business Education

新技术的不断涌现、经济结构的转型升级和社会需求的快速变化推动我国从传统经济向数字经济转型。新商科作为在数字经济时代商科教育的新概念,对高职院校大数据与会计专业人才培养提出了更高的要求,导致其面临着定位与企业用人标准不匹配、课程体系设置不适应、实践教学与培养要求不协调和师资队伍数字化实践能力不足等一系列问题。为培养适应新商科环境的大数据与会计专业人才,在厘清新商科人才培养新的要求前提下,探索形成校企“共建、共管、共培”人才培养体系,以建立“数智化”人才培养目标、实施校企协同化全过程育人和完善校企合作平台管理制度的一体化举措推进高职会计新商科人才培养。

The continuous emergence of emerging technologies,transformation and upgrading of economic structures,and rapid changes in social demands are driving China's transition from a traditional economy to a digital economy.The new concept in business education in the era of the digital economy,“New Business”puts forward higher demands on the cultivation development of Big Data and Accounting major in higher vocational colleges.This development presents a series of challenges,including mismatch with employment standards between the positioning and enterprises,lack of adaptation of the curriculum system setting,and lack of coordination between practical teaching and training requirements,and inadequate digital practice capabilities among faculty members.To cultivate Big Data and Accounting major which can adaptable to the characteristics of the new business environment,on the premise of clarifying the new requirements for talent cultivation in the new business discipline,this study explore the establishment of a talent cultivation system of“co-construction,co-management,and co-cultivation”between higher vocational college and enterprises.To promote the cultivation of new business talents in higher vocational accounting with the integrated initiatives of establishing“digital intelligence”talent cultivation objectives,implementing school-enterprise collaboration in the whole process of educating people and improving the management system of the college-enterprise cooperation platform.
