摘要
课程思政建设是落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措,基于OBE理念构建课程思政教学体系可以发挥“业财融合实务”课程协同育人功能。具体包括组建由专任教师、思政辅导员、思政理论教师、企业导师组成的课程思政教学团队,研究国家、社会、企业对财务人员的素养要求,提炼家国、职业素养、职业道德三个层面的课程思政目标,挖掘与课程项目契合的思政元素,采用线上线下融合、校企合作育人等教学模式,运用项目化教学、案例讨论、交流分享等教学方法,并从教师和学生两个维度完善课程思政评价机制,以保障课程思政建设效果。
The construction of ideological and political education in the curriculum is an important measure to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents.The construction of a curriculum ideological and political education system based on the OBE concept can give full play to the collaborative education function of the“Business Finance Integration Practice”course.By establishing a course ideological and political teaching team consisting of full-time teachers,ideological and political counselors,ideological and political theory teachers,and enterprise mentors,this study aims to study the literacy requirements of the country,society,and enterprises for financial personnel,extract course ideological and political goals from three levels:family,professional ethics,and professional ethics,explore ideological and political elements that are compatible with course projects,adopt teaching models such as online and offline integration,school enterprise cooperation,and use project-based teaching methods such as case discussion,communication and sharing,and improving the curriculum ideological and political evaluation mechanism from the perspectives of teachers and students,in order to ensure the effectiveness of curriculum ideological and political construction.
