摘要
我国是全球最大蔬菜生产基地,蔬菜产量和种植面积均为世界第一。随着“用工难、用工贵”问题的日益突出,迫切需要加强蔬菜移栽装备的引进和开发,以持续提高我国蔬菜生产机械化水平。在综述国内外半自动移栽机与全自动蔬菜移栽机研究现状的基础上,分析各典型移栽机型的工作原理及结构特征;探究我国蔬菜移栽机发展存在问题,并展望了我国蔬菜移栽机的发展方向。毋容置疑,蔬菜幼苗的自动化、智能化移栽是未来的发展趋势,并将在垄形识别、仿形移栽、雷达定位方面应重点开展研究。
Being the world's largest vegetable production base,China has the highest vegetable yield and planting area.Since the problem of labour shortage and expensive becomes increasingly outstanding,introduction and development of vegetable transplanting equipment are therefore urgent for improving the mechanization level of vegetable production in China continuously.On the basis of overview of research status for both semi automatic and fully automatic vegetable transplanter at home and abroad,the working principles and the structure features of typical transplanting machinery were analyzed.The existing problems for development of domestic vegetable transplanter were explored,and the development trend was predicted.There was no doubt that the automatic and intelligent transplanting of vegetable seedlings represents the future development trend,and researches in ridge recognition,contour transplanting,and radar positioning should be emphasized.
