关于蔬菜专用机械财政补贴的问题与建议

Problems and Suggestions for Financial Subsidy of Special Vegetable Machinery

蔬菜产业是我国农业经济的重要支柱,其机械化发展水平较低成为产业现代化的瓶颈。优化蔬菜机械补贴政策、加大补贴力度,是提高蔬菜生产机械化水平的重要途径。文章分析了当前我国蔬菜机械财政补贴中存在的主要问题,指出了补贴不到位产生的原因,建议从重视机械产品鉴定和标准化工作、增加高效自动智能化机械产品补贴比例、补贴条件具备的机具要及时纳入补贴目录三方面入手,加快完善蔬菜机械财政补贴工作。

Vegetable industry is an important pillar of agricultural economy in China,and the low level of vegetable mechanization has become a bottleneck for industrial modernization.Optimizing subsidy policy for vegetable machinery purchase and increasing subsidies are effective aspects to improve the level of vegetable mechanization.The main problems existing in the current financial subsidies for vegetable machinery in China had been analyzed,and the reasons for insufficient subsidies had been pointed out.It was recommended to improve the financial subsidies for vegetable machinery from three aspects:paying attention to machinery products identification and standardization work,increasing the proportion of subsidies for efficient,automatic and intelligent products,and bringing the qualified machinery and equipment into the subsidy catalog in time.
