The importance and existing problems of practice management and safety guarantee for students in vocational college in the new period were studied.First the key function of student practice for training of working skill and building of profession was emphasized,second the existing problems in government,college and enterprise were analyzed,which included imperfect polices,insufficient supervision and inadequate safety education,and finally,the mechanism and countermeasures for safety guarantee of student practice in vocational college were proposed which included emphasis of practicable responsibility,optimal cooperation of college with enterprise,perfection of management system.The suggestion aimed at increasing quality and safety of student practice and provided strong basis for professional development of the students.For solving the existing problems the cooperation of related parties was emphasized,and through application of proposed suggestions the management and safety guarantee should be improved and professional talents could be trained for the future.
