深水钻井窄密度窗口作业难点分析与对策

摘要 在深水区域进行钻井作业时,由于水深的影响,地层上覆压力低,井筒破裂压力低,钻井液密度窗口极窄,钻井作业过程中极易发生漏失,影响钻井安全和成本。基于此,以南海某气田某深水探井钻井作业为例,系统总结了深水钻井的地层特点、工程施工难点,并针对性地提出了解决深水钻井窄密度窗口问题的主要技术对策,为解决深水窄密度窗口钻井技术难点提供了有效的对策和技术。 During drilling operations in deepwater areas,the low overburden pressure and low fracture pressure of the formation due to water depth result in a very narrow density window for the drilling fluid.This makes it highly prone to loss circulation,which impacts drilling safety and costs.This paper takes the drilling operation of a deepwater exploration well in a gas field in the South China Sea as an example.It systematically summarizes the geological characteristics and engineering challenges of deepwater drilling and proposes targeted technical strategies to address the narrow density window issue.These strategies provide effective measures and techniques for tackling the technical challenges of narrow density window drilling in deepwater.
