31CrMoV9钢调质与气体氮化工艺研究

摘要 新开发的液压柱塞泵中的主轴使用31CrMoV9加工。为提高和掌握该材料的综合性能及其表面的耐磨性能和抗疲劳性能,先对31CrMoV9原材料进行调质处理,粗加工到一定尺寸后进行气体氮化处理,氮化后再进行精加工到零件尺寸的工艺研究。基于此,对31CrMoV9的调质工艺、气体氮化工艺进行了试验,试验后对调质硬度、氮化层深度等进行检查,最终确定31CrMoV9材料的调质工艺和氮化工艺。研究结果表明,31CrMoV9经910℃淬火,630~640℃回火,可满足28~35HRC的硬度要求。气体氮化处理后,表面硬度可达800HV0.2以上。 The spindle in the newly developed hydraulic plunger pump is machined by 31CrMoV9.In order to improve and master the comprehensive properties of the material,as well as its surface wear resistance and fatigue resistance,the original 31CrMoV9 material was quenched and tempered,rough machined to a certain size after gas nitriding treatment,and then refined to the part size of the process research.In this paper,the quenching and tempering process and gas nitriding process of 31CrMoV9 were test.After the test,the quenching and tempering hardness,the depth of nitriding layer were examined.Finally,the quenching and tempering process and nitriding process of 31CrMoV9 material were determined.The results show that the hardness requirement of 28~35HRC can be met by quenching at 910℃and tempering at 630~640℃.After gas nitriding,the surface hardness can reach more than 800HV0.2.
