一起氨气缓冲罐着火事故的设备性能分析

摘要 氨气缓冲罐作为氨气及一些危险品储存和运输的容器,广泛应用于化工生产及运输企业中。氨气缓冲罐具有稳定性高、安全性高、节省空间等优势,通过化学反应的原理实现了对缓冲罐内部压力的调节,因此氨气缓冲罐在运输过程中的故障率较低。但氨气缓冲罐在温度突然升高的情况下,容易出现设备的老化,如果不加以重视,会在使用的过程中出现安全隐患,严重的将导致安全事故的发生。针对一起氨气缓冲罐着火事故展开分析和研究,先从安全缓冲罐设备的介绍入手,接着对发生着火事故的缓冲罐进行各种理化检验,并对未发生材质劣化原因进行分析,最后得出结论,并提出一些合理化的建议。 Ammonia buffer tanks,as containers for storing and transporting ammonia and some hazardous materials,are widely used in chemical production and transportation enterprises.The ammonia buffer tank has advantages such as high stability,high safety,and space saving.It adjusts the internal pressure of the buffer tank through the principle of chemical reaction,so the failure rate of the ammonia buffer tank during transportation is relatively low.However,when the temperature of the ammonia buffer tank suddenly increases,it is prone to equipment aging.If not taken seriously,safety hazards may arise during use,and in severe cases,safety accidents may occur.This article will analyze and study an ammonia buffer tank fire accident.Starting with an introduction to the safety buffer tank equipment,various physical and chemical inspections will be conducted on the buffer tank where the fire accident occurred,and the reasons for material deterioration will be analyzed.Finally,conclusions will be drawn and some reasonable suggestions will be proposed.
