大倾角人字形PVG整芯阻燃输送带的研究与应用

Research and Application of Large Angle Herringbone PVG Whole Core Flame Retardant Conveyor Belt

以贵州盘江煤电多种经营开发有限公司生产的PVG整芯阻燃输送带为例进行研究,发现该输送带只适合在倾斜角不大于22°的地方应用。针对此情况,提出了改良整芯配股、覆盖胶配方及生产工艺设计方法,实现了人字形花纹输送带的设计与生产。

In this paper,the PVG whole core flame retardant conveyor belt produced by Guizhou Panjiang Coal and Power Multiple Management and Development Co.,Ltd.is studied as an example,and it is found that the conveyor belt is only suitable for application in places where the tilt Angle is not more than 22.In view of this situation,the design method of improving the whole core allotment,covering glue formula and production process are proposed,and the design and production of"human"pattern conveyor belt are realized.
