摘要
系统研究了呋喃酚在醚化反应部分的工艺改进,结果表明,使用碱液吸收二氧化碳,生成碳酸钠,回用于醚化反应系统,解决系列工程和安全问题,实现工艺连续化、零排放,减少设备腐蚀,提高安全性,同时反应得率保持稳定水平。
A systematic study was conducted on the process improvement of furanol in the etherification reaction section,using alkaline solution to absorb carbon dioxide,generate sodium carbonate,and reuse it in the etherification reaction system to solve a series of engineering and safety problems,achieve process continuity,zero emissions,reduce equipment corrosion,improve safety,and maintain a stable level of reaction yield.
