液氯罐区封闭化设计实例

摘要 以某精细化工企业建设项目为例,通过对工艺条件进行整理与分析,选择了位差抽卸的卸车工艺,根据使用需求和经济原则确定了液氯罐区封闭厂房布置方案。按照确定的厂房布置方案,从自动化、电信、消防、电气、土建等专业对厂房进行了设计。液氯罐区的密闭化设计,能够从源头上预防和减少因液氯泄漏导致的安全事故,提升了液氯储运过程的本质安全水平。 Taking a construction project of a fine chemical enterprise as an example,the process of differential pumping was selected by sorting and analyzing the process conditions.The layout scheme for closed workshop of liquid chlorine tank area was determined according to the demand of utilizations and economy principle.The plant has been designed from several professional of automation,telecommunication,fire protection,electrical,civil engineering and so on according to the determined plant layout scheme.The safety accidents caused by liquid chlorine leakage from the source can be prevented and reduced through the closed design of liquid chlorine tank area,and it improves the essential safety level of liquid chlorine storage and transportation.
