摘要
吲哚及其衍生物是医药领域较为重要的一类物质,在有机合成领域有重要和广泛的应用价值。提出了目前一些主要的研究方法,包括Fischer合成法,Reissert合成法、Gassman合成法、金属催化法,以及生物、酶等合成法。吲哚及其衍生物合成方法得到了较为广泛的研究。在传统合成的基础上,拓展利用领域,满足现代合成的需要。利用其他学科的最新进展进行交叉研究取得一定成果,克服了传统方法存在的弊端,更具有实用价值,显示了广泛的应用前景。
Indole and its derivatives are an important class of substances in the field of medicine,with significant and extensive application value in organic synthesis.In this study,several major research methods are proposed,including Fischer synthesis,Reissert synthesis,Gassman synthesis,metal-catalyzed synthesis,and biological and enzymatic synthesis.The synthesis methods of indole and its derivatives have been widely studied.Based on traditional synthesis,the field has been expanded to meet the needs of modern synthesis.By utilizing the latest advances in other disciplines for interdisciplinary research,certain achievements have been made,overcoming the shortcomings of traditional methods and demonstrating broad application prospects.
