三地香蕉皮中多酚提取工艺及含量对比

摘要 选取广东高州市长坡镇高脚遁地蕾香蕉皮、广西南宁市西乡塘区双定镇威廉斯香蕉皮、云南红河个旧市蔓耗镇威尼斯香蕉皮作为研究对象,采用超声波、福林酚-紫外分光光度法提取香蕉皮多酚。以广东高州市长坡镇高脚遁地蕾香蕉皮为原料在单因素实验的基础上进行正交试验设计,探究多酚提取的最佳条件。在最佳条件下,测定三地香蕉皮中多酚的含量并进行比较。研究结果表明:影响多酚提取量各因素的先后顺序为:料液比>温度>时间>乙醇浓度,香蕉皮多酚的最佳提取方案为:料液比1∶20(g/mL)、温度60℃、超声时间50 min、乙醇浓度50%;并以最佳条件作为参照测定三地香蕉皮中多酚含量,结果表明:广东、广西和云南的香蕉皮多酚提取量分别为2.4574 mg/g、2.2463 mg/g和2.7357 mg/g。可知,三个地区香蕉皮的多酚含量大小为:云南>广东>广西。 In this study,taking Highfoot landmine banana peel from Changpo town,Gaozhou,Guangdong Province,and Williams banana peel from Shuangding Town,Xixiangtang District,Nanning City,Guangxi Province,and Venice banana peel from Manhao Town,Gejiu City,Honghe City,Yunnan Province as the object of study,extract banana peel polyphenols by Ultrasonic,Hungarian forint-ultraviolet Spectrophotometer.On the basis of a singlefactor experiment taking Banana Peel in changpo town,Gaozhou,Guangdong Province as raw material,Carry on the orthogonal experiment design to explore the best extraction conditions of polyphenols.Under the optimum conditions,the content of polyphenols in banana peel was determined and compared.The results show that the order of the factors is:liquid ratio>temperature>time>ethanol concentration,The best extraction scheme of banana skin polyphenols is:liquid ratio 1∶20(g/mL),temperature 60℃,ultrasonic time 50 min,ethanol concentration 50%;And use the best condition as a reference to determine the polyphenol content in the banana peel,The results showed that 2.4574 mg/g,2.2463 mg/g,2.7357 mg/g,respectively.It can be known that the polyphenol content of banana peel in the three regions is:Yunnan>Guangdong>Guangxi.
