以橘子皮为材料改性生物质炭的制备及其对废水中磷的去除效应研究

摘要 选用限氧控温炭化法制备改性生物质炭,研究其对废水中磷的去除效应,然后在不同改性溶液浓度、不同温度的条件下再制备不同吸附剂,利用扫描电子显微镜表征吸附剂的形貌变化,再使用红外光谱仪表征吸附剂官能团的变化,再用于对废水中磷的去除效应的研究。探讨不同改性生物炭对废水中磷的去除效果,最后筛选出一种最优改性生物炭的制备方法。结果表明,改性生物质炭的制备方法为采用1 mol/L的氯化铁溶液改性时,在500℃的马弗炉中炭化2 h,得到的混合溶液改性生物质炭对废水中磷的平均去除率为98.34%。 The modified biomass carbon was prepared by limiting oxygen and controlling temperature carbonization,and its removal effect on phosphorus in wastewater was studied,then,different adsorbents were prepared at different concentrations of modified solutions and different temperatures.The morphological changes of the adsorbents were characterized by Scanning electron microscope,and the functional groups of the adsorbents were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,then it was used to study the removal effect of phosphorus in wastewater.The removal effect of phosphorus in wastewater by different modified bio-carbon was studied,and an optimal preparation method of modified bio-carbon was selected.The results showed that the modified biomass biochar was prepared by modifying 1 mol/L ferric chloride solution and carbonization in 500℃muffle furnace for 2 h,the average removal rate of phosphorus in wastewater was 98.34%.
