摘要 多元评价体系在化工类专业教学中的实践与效果被广泛研究和应用。化工专业教学着重培养学生的实践能力和创新思维,而多元评价体系为教师提供了一种全面评估学生综合能力的方式。通过文献综述和实际案例研究,总结了多元评价体系在化工类专业教学中的实践与效果。研究表明,多元评价体系能够全面考查学生的实践能力、创新思维和团队合作能力。多元评价体系在化工类专业教学中具有重要的实践价值和良好的效果。不仅可以提高教学质量和学生学习成效,还能培养学生的创新能力和团队合作精神。 The practice and effectiveness of multiple evaluation systems in teaching chemical engineering majors have been widely studied and applied.The teaching of chemical engineering majors focuses on cultivating students'practical abilities and innovative thinking,while the diversified evaluation system provides teachers with a comprehensive way to evaluate students'comprehensive abilities.Through literature review and practical case studies,the practice and effectiveness of the diversified evaluation system in the teaching of chemical engineering majors were summarized.Research has shown that a diverse evaluation system can comprehensively assess students'practical abilities,innovative thinking,and teamwork abilities.The multiple evaluation system has important practical value and good results in the teaching of chemical engineering majors.Not only can it improve teaching quality and student learning effectiveness,but it can also cultivate students'innovation ability and teamwork spirit.
