Prevention and Control Measures of Waste Water Pollution from Accidents in Chemical Industry Park--Taking Yingdong Chemical Industry Park in Fuyang City as an Example

化学污染种类繁多,其中以空气污染及水源污染所造成的影响最为恶劣。以阜阳市颍东化工园区为例,摸排企业和园区事故水防控系统及环境监管中存在的问题,核算园区公共事故应急池的容积;结合园区事故水环境风险防控体系建设情况,从园区规划、规划环评、环境建设体系、多层级应急响应体系、监管体系等方面来探索园区事故水环境污染风险应对措施,从而提高园区工业事故应急处理能力,保障园区周边人民群众的身体健康和生命安全。

There are many kinds of chemical pollution,among which air pollution and water pollution are the worst.This paper takes Yingdong Chemical Industry Park in Fuyang City as an example to find out the problems existing in the accident water prevention and control system and environmental supervision of enterprises and parks,and calculate the volume of public accident emergency pool in the park.Based on the construction of the park's accident water environment risk prevention and control system,the countermeasures to the park's accident water environment pollution risk are explored from the aspects of park planning,planning environmental assessment,environmental construction system,multi-level emergency response system,supervision system,etc.,so as to improve the park's emergency handling capacity for industrial accidents and protect the health and life safety of people around the park.
