摘要
本文旨在探讨社区大学教师在学员管理工作中应用语言艺术的重要性及其方法,通过对社区大学学员的主要特点进行分析,发现语言艺术在学员管理中起到了重要的作用,语言艺术在社区大学学员管理工作中能够提高学员的积极性和主动性,促进学员的学习进步和发展,研究发现,在社区大学学员管理工作中应用语言艺术时,需要运用安慰鼓励性语言、使用积极暗示性语言、合理使用指令性语言和杜绝使用伤害性语言,基于此,本文提出了促进语言艺术在社区大学学员管理工作中应用的策略,以期可以推动社区大学学员管理工作中的进一步发展。
This paper aims to explore the importance and methods of applying language arts to student management by teachers in community colleges.By analyzing the main characteristics of students in community colleges,it is found that language arts play an important role in student management,which can improve the enthusiasm and initiative of students and promote their learning progress and development.The research finds that the application of language arts in the management of students in community colleges requires the use of comforting and encouraging language,the use of positive and suggestive language,the rational use of directive language and the avoidance of harmful language.Based on this,this paper puts forward strategies to promote the application of language arts in the management of students in community colleges.In order to promote the further development of community college student management.
