The collaborative learning teacher team training model aims to enhance teachers'educational capabilities and promote cooperation and collective growth.This training model first requires clearly defined objectives to improve teachers'collaborative skills and learning outcomes.Secondly,it necessitates multiple approaches such as in-depth classroom observation,case studies,expert lectures,and collaborative reading to focus on cultivating teachers'professional competence and encourage peer collaboration and experience sharing.Lastly,a comprehensive assessment of teachers,teams,and students'learning outcomes is essential to validate the effectiveness of the training model.This provides new insights and approaches for fostering students with inquiry,reflection,and expressive abilities,as well as building a more intelligent,efficient,and collectively growing learning environment.
