On University Counselors’ Heart-to-heart Conversationfrom the Perspective of Moral Education

立德树人是教育的根本任务,是高校的立身之本。高校辅导员做好谈心谈话工作对于落实高校立德树人根本任务,深入践行辅导员职责使命,引导大学生成长、成才具有重要意义。高校辅导员需根据谈心谈话学生的特点,了解基本信息,营造适宜的环境,注重谈心谈话方法,不断增进谈心谈话工作的针对性和实效性。

Moral education is the fundamental task of education and universities.From the perspective of moral education,it is of great significance for university counselors to do a good job of heart-to-heart conversation to implement the fundamental task,deeply practice the responsibility and mission of counselors,and guide college students to develop and become talented.According to the characteristics of the students,university counselors should understand the basic information,create a suitable environment,pay attention to the method of heart-to-heart conversation,and constantly improve the pertinence and effectiveness of heart-to-heart conversation work.
