摘要
乐团合奏逐渐成为我国中小学课后音乐活动的主要形式,培养一批兼具教学、演奏与指挥能力的中小学教师逐渐成为高师音乐专业的重要任务之一。本文对从事一线教学工作的教师进行半结构化访谈,发现高师音乐专业开设的课程与实际需求之间存在一定差距,主要表现在大多数中小学教师在指挥排练、器乐演奏教学、与学生沟通等方面存在困难。因此,进一步整合高师音乐专业课程内容,加强学科理论与实践的联系,继续探索高师器乐课程体系的内涵显得尤为重要。
Orchestras have gradually become the main form of after-school music activities in primary and middle schools in our country.Training a group of primary and middle school teachers who have both teaching,performance and conducting abilities has become one of the most important tasks for music majors in normal schools.This paper conducts semi-structured interviews with teachers engaged in front-line teaching,and finds that there is a certain gap between the courses offered by music majors in normal universities and the actual needs,which is mainly reflected in the difficulties that most primary and secondary school teachers have in conducting rehearsals,teaching instrumental music performance,and communicating with students.Therefore,it is particularly important to further integrate the content of music major in normal schools,strengthen the connection between theory and practice,and continue to explore the connotation of the instrumental music curriculum system in normal schools.
