摘要
聚乳酸作为可降解高分子材料,因其较好的生物相容性和可再生性,在低碳工业发展之路上有着不可限量的发展前景,但其固有的脆性限制了它的广泛应用。本文研究了离子液体做辅助溶剂促进聚乳酸/DMF相分离,通过温度调节相分离程度制备高韧性聚乳酸多孔膜的方法,实验原理即:利用离子液体减小聚乳酸分子链空间位垒激发其链重排动能,通过温度调控相分离过程中的热力学动能,从而制得高韧性聚乳酸多孔膜,在没有损失太多强度的情况下韧性提高19倍左右。相比于其它增韧改性方法,本研究为制备多孔增韧聚乳酸提供了一种更方便环保的方法。
Polylactic acid(PLA),as a degradable polymer material,has an unlimited development prospect on the road of low-carbon industry because of its good biocompatibility and reproducibility,but its inherent brittleness limits its development.This paper studied the method of using ionic liquid as the auxiliary solvent to promote the separation of polylactic acid/DMF phase,and preparing the high toughness polylactic acid porous membrane by adjusting the degree of phase separation through temperature.The experimental principle is that using ionic liquid to reduce the spatial barrier of polylactic acid molecular chain to stimulate its chain rearrangement kinetic energy,and using temperature to regulate the thermodynamic kinetic energy in the process of phase separation,so as to prepare the high toughness polylactic acid porous membrane,the toughness increases about 19 times without loss of strength.Compared with other toughening modification methods,this study provides a more convenient and environmentally friendly method for preparing porous toughened polylactic acid.
