摘要
随着越来越多的肉制食品厂建立,其产生的肉制品废水的内含有大量的难处理的有机物,使处理其成为了难题。通过对射流气浮机进行了加工设计,提高气浮的去除率;对水质进行了分析,并利用正交实验的方法研究了射流气浮机的曝气量以及进水量的变化对射流气浮机对肉制品废水的预处理效果的影响。研究结果表明:肉制品加工废水的COD_(Cr)和SS普遍偏高,COD_(Cr)可达到3640 mg/L,SS可达到332 mg/L,通过加工设计的射流气浮机达到了针对肉制品加工废水稳定高效除浮油物的效果,正交结果表明经加工设计的射流气浮机在曝气量为0.055 m^(3)/mm和进水量为1.67 m^(3)/h时,去除效果为最好,SS去除率可达25.4%,COD_(Cr)去除率可达35.16%。
With the establishment of more and more meat food factories,the waste water from meat products contains a large amount of refractory organic matter,making it a difficult problem to treat.By machining and designing the jet air float machine,the removal rate of air float is improved.The water quality was analyzed and the influence of the change of aeration and water intake on the pretreatment of meat product wastewater was studied by orthogonal experiment.The research results show that the meat processing wastewater of COD_(Cr) and SS generally on the high side,COD_(Cr) can reach 3640 mg/L,SS can be up to 332 mg/L,through the processing design of jet flotation machine has reached the stable and efficient for meat processing wastewater in addition to the effect of oil content,orthogonal results show that the jet flotation machine processed to design in the air is 0.055 m^(3)/mm and into the water is 1.67 m^(3)/h,removing effect is best,SS removal rate can reach 25.4%,COD_(Cr) removal rate can reach 35.16%.
