本文针对搪玻璃设备及管道的特点,对搪玻璃管道相关组成件标准及连接形式进行了简单介绍,同时对比分析了不同标准下各管件尺寸的差异,结果标明,不同标准下管件尺寸差异较大,因此在设计之初应统一标准,对于改造项目,应充分了解原厂管道所用标准,并与其保持一致或留好转换接口。通过分别对搪玻璃管道的布置、接口、调整段、管道支撑等在设计过程中需要注意的事项进行阐述及说明,为搪玻璃管道的设计提供一个理论指导。另外,基于搪玻璃管道脆性较大的特点,文章分析总结了搪玻璃管道及设备在安装前所需的检查,设备吊装及管道安装过程中的注意事项,以期减少在安装过程中由于操作不当等原因,对管道及设备造成损坏。最后,结合工程实例对部分问题进行了剖析,并为其他相关项目的设计提供了借鉴。

This article provides a brief introduction to the standards and connection forms of components related to glass-lined equipment and pipes,and compares the dimensions of various pipe fittings under different standards.The results indicate that there are significant differences in the size of pipe fittings under different standards,so unified standards should be established at the beginning of design.For renovation projects,it is necessary to fully understand the standards used for the old factory pipes.By explaining the layout,interface,adjustment section,piping support,and other matters that need to be paid attention to during the design process of glass-lined pipes,a theoretical guidance is provided for the design of glass-lined pipes.Summarized the inspections required for glass lined pipelines and equipment before installation,as well as the precautions during equipment lifting and pipeline installation.Finally,combined with engineering practice,some issues were analyzed and provided as reference for the design of other related projects.
