摘要
伺服系统是电力拖动自动控制系统的重要组成部分之一,是工业机器人等现代工业不可缺少的基础技术。为实现伺服系统教学的便捷与直观化,设计了基于MATLAB的伺服系统虚拟实验平台。利用MATLAB Simulink模块和Power Systems子模块构建常用伺服电机的位置伺服系统仿真模型,利用其GUIDE模块设计伺服系统可视化界面。通过该虚拟实验平台可完成常用伺服电机的位置单闭环、位置电流双闭环、位置转速电流三闭环控制系统虚拟实验。虚拟实验结果与实际系统波形一致,利用该虚拟实验平台可直观、便利地展示伺服系统控制与运行规律,提高伺服系统分析效率,提升电力拖动自动控制系统课程的教学效果。
Servo system is an important part of electric drives automatic control systems,and it’s an indispensable basic technology for modern industries such as industrial robots.In order to make teaching servo systems convenient and intuitive,a virtual experiment platform for servo systems based on Matlab is designed.The Simulink module and the Power systems sub-module are used to build a simulation model of the position servo system,and the GUI module is used to design the servo system visualization interface.The virtual experiment platform can be used to complete the virtual experiments of position single closed-loop,double closed-loop,and triple closed-loop control systems for commonly used servo motors.The virtual experimental results are consistent with the actual system waveforms,and this virtual experimental platform can be used to demonstrate the control and operation laws of servo systems visually and conveniently.The platform has a certain significance to improve the efficiency of the servo system analysis and enhance the teaching effect.
