“三全育人”视角下高校心理育人工作路径探究

摘要 “三全育人”为高校心理育人工作提供了理论指导。针对高校心理育人工作中存在的问题及原因,在“三全育人”理念下开展心理育人工作是新时代高校落实“立德树人”的有效路径,应通过夯实一体化心理育人队伍、构建全过程心理育人体系、搭建多渠道心理育人平台全面落实高校心理育人工作,以提高高校育人实效,助力学生健康成长成才。 The theory of“three-whole education”provides theoretical guidance for psychological education in colleges and universities.Focusing on the problems and reasons of psychological education in colleges and universities,and under the concept of“three-whole education”,carrying out psychological education is an effective path to realize“establishing morality cultivating people”in colleges and universities in the new era,and there needs to comprehensively implement psychological education by consolidating the integrated psychological education team,constructing the whole-process psychological education system,and building multi-channel psychological education platform,so as to improve the effectiveness of education in colleges and universities and help students grow up healthily and become talents.
