摘要
1+X证书制度实施对高职“双师型”教师队伍的要求体现在储备“三教”改革的本领、具备实践技能的水平、具有融入团队的能力三个方面。当下,高职“双师型”教师队伍建设中的现实问题主要表现为教师技能水平与产业实际需求的偏差、教师课程教学与认证培训需求的偏差、现行政策保障与职业动力需求的偏差、团队建构逻辑与专业群建设需求的偏差。基于此,应从建设教师标准体系、构建培养培训机制、改革考核评价体系、打造教学创新团队四个维度,加强高职“双师型”教师队伍建设。
The implementation of the 1+X certificate system for higher vocational“dual-qualification”teachers’team requirements are reflected in the three aspects of the reserves of“three-teaching”reform skills,having the ability of practical skills and integrating into the team.Nowadays,the reality of the deviation of higher vocational“dual-qualification”teachers centers on the deviation of teachers’skill level from the actual demand of industry,the deviation of teachers’course teaching from the demand of certification training,the deviation of current policy guarantee from the demand of occupational motivation,and the deviation of team construction logic from the demand of major clusters construction.Based on this,the construction path of higher vocational“dual-qualification”teachers’team is proposed from the four dimensions of setting teachers’standard system,constructing cultivation and training mechanism,reforming assessment and evaluation system,and creating teaching innovation team.
