可靠性数据在节能减排中的重要性

摘要 建设项目环境评价过程中,污染物排放量核算时需要一种科学的估算方法,以保证数据可靠。估算方法要基于以产污设备的设计参数为依据,同时结合不同的污染源运行场景,在满足生产工艺工况要求的前提下,充分考虑设备能效和能量平衡,合理计算污染物排放量。以能量平衡为基础的污染物排放指标的可靠性计算方法,是对物料平衡计算方法的重要补充,更符合排污企业的实际生产状况。通过实际案例发现,采用能量平衡的方法可以更好的对燃料燃烧过程中能量耗散和分配机制做出更好的模拟,运用能量平衡的思路研究污染物排放,可以得出环境评价过程中比较真实的数据。 In the process of environmental assessment of construction projects,a scientific estimation method is needed in pollutant discharge accounting to ensure reliable data.The estimation method should be based on the design parameters of pollutionproducing equipment,combined with different pollution source operation scenarios,fully consider the equipment energy efficiency and energy balance,and reasonably calculate the pollutant discharge under the premise of meeting the requirements of production process conditions.The reliability calculation method of pollutant discharge index based on energy balance is an important supplement to the calculation method of material balance,which is more in line with the actual production situation of pollutant discharge enterprises.Through practical cases,it is found that the method of energy balance can better simulate the energy dissipation and distribution mechanism in the process of fuel combustion,and the real data in the process of environmental assessment can be obtained by studying pollutant emission with the idea of energy balance.
