In the process of environmental assessment of construction projects,a scientific estimation method is needed in pollutant discharge accounting to ensure reliable data.The estimation method should be based on the design parameters of pollutionproducing equipment,combined with different pollution source operation scenarios,fully consider the equipment energy efficiency and energy balance,and reasonably calculate the pollutant discharge under the premise of meeting the requirements of production process conditions.The reliability calculation method of pollutant discharge index based on energy balance is an important supplement to the calculation method of material balance,which is more in line with the actual production situation of pollutant discharge enterprises.Through practical cases,it is found that the method of energy balance can better simulate the energy dissipation and distribution mechanism in the process of fuel combustion,and the real data in the process of environmental assessment can be obtained by studying pollutant emission with the idea of energy balance.
