冷作模具钢Cr12在不同热处理工艺下的微观组织与力学性能的研究

摘要 为探究不同热处理工艺下,冷作模具钢Cr12的微观组织与力学性能的变化,以钢光板Cr12为原材料,通过箱式电阻炉进行高温退火(860℃),淬火(1020,950℃)和回火(210,520℃),制得不同热处理样品后,采用X射线衍射仪、洛氏硬度和金相显微镜等进行材料学分析检测。结果表明,最优的热处理方案为950℃淬火+520℃回火,此时金相显微组织是回火索氏体和碳化物,晶粒细小且分布均匀,其硬度和冲击韧性分别为48.4 HRC和25.1 J。 In order to explore the changes of microstructure and mechanical properties of cold working die steel Cr12 under different heat treatment processes,using steel plate Cr12 as raw material,different heat treatment samples were prepared by high temperature annealing(860℃),quenching(1020/950℃)and tempering(210/520℃)through a box resistance furnace.The materials of these samples were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer,rockwell hardness and metallographic microscope.The results show that the optimal heat treatment scheme is 950℃quenching+520℃tempering.In this case,the microstructure is tempered sorbite and carbide,the grains are fine and evenly distributed,and the hardness and impact toughness are 48.4 HRC and 25.1 J,respectively.
