摘要
文章采用网络调查法,围绕高校图书馆的使命和职责,从信息资源服务、科研支持服务、信息素养教育三方面对我国42所“双一流”高校图书馆的智慧服务现状进行调查。发现“双一流”高校图书馆智慧服务均取得一定进展,表现为特色资源建设备受重视、科研支持服务初现向数据生命周期全覆盖的发展趋势、数字化信息素养教育方式得到广泛应用,同时存在特色资源数字化揭示力度不够、原生数字资源建设落后、创新科研支持服务、信息素养教育内容体系不完善等问题。针对上述问题,提出加强特色资源数字化及原生数字资源建设、深入发展贯穿数据生命周期的科研支持服务、建立符合数字社会发展需求的信息素养教育内容体系、打造智慧馆员服务团队等建议,以期为我国高校智慧图书馆建设提供参考。
This paper adopts a network survey method to investigate the current situation of smart services in 42“Double First-class”university libraries in China,focusing on the mission and responsibilities of university libraries,from three aspects:information resource services,research support services,and information literacy education.It finds that the“Double First-class”university libraries have made certain progress in the above three aspects of smart services,manifested in the high attention paid to the construction of characteristic resources,the development trend of scientific research support services towards full coverage of the data lifecycle,and the widespread application of digital information literacy education methods.However,there are also problems such as insufficient digital disclosure of characteristic resources,outdated construction of native digital resources,superficial innovative research support services,and incomplete content system of information literacy education.In response to the above issues,this paper proposes some suggestions to strengthen the digitization of characteristic resources and the construction of native digital resources,deepen the development of scientific research support services throughout the data lifecycle,establish an information literacy education content system that meets the development needs of the digital society,and create a smart librarian service team,in order to provide reference for the construction of smart libraries in Chinese universities.
