摘要
在高职扩招背景下,高职院校面临着生源来源广、学习差异化大的挑战。针对“矿山供电”课程目前存在的教学内容繁杂、课程知识与岗位工作衔接性不强等问题,提出基于校企深度融合的“矿山供电”课程教学改革。改革措施以提高岗位核心能力为主线,结合人才培养目标,基于岗课融通重构课程内容,构建基于工作过程的学习任务,采用工学结合的学习方式,制定多维度、全过程考核评价机制,进行分层递进式教学实施。实践结果表明,课程教学改革可有效提升学生的职业技能水平和工程素养。
In the context of higher vocational enrollment expansion,higher vocational colleges face the challenge of a wide range of student sources and significant differences in learning abilities.To address current issues of"Mine Power Supply"course,such as the complexity of teaching content and the weak alignment of course knowledge and job requirements,a"Mine Power Supply"course teaching reform based on deep integration between colleges and enterprises is proposed.The reform primarily focuses on enhancing core job-related skills,combines with talent cultivation goals,reconstructs the course content based on job-curriculum integration,creates learning tasks based on the work process,adopts a learning method of work-integrated learning,establishes a comprehensive and multi-dimensional assessment mechanism,and implements a tiered and progressive teaching approach.Practical results show that the course teaching reform can effectively improve students'vocational skills and engineering literacy.
