依据表型性状对紫薇遗传多样性的评价

摘要 紫薇(Lagerstroemia indica)是夏季重要观赏花卉,对187份紫薇种质资源的13个表型性状进行统计分析,结果显示:9个数量性状的遗传多样性指数由大到小排序为花序长(S2)、着花数(S1)、花序宽(S3)、叶宽(S7)、叶长(S6)、花径(S5)、当年生梢节间数(S9)、当年生梢长(S8)、花瓣数(S4),各性状的平均遗传多样性指数为1.84,平均变异系数为23.97%;4个质量性状的遗传多样性指数由大到小排序为花色(S13)、象甲虫害(S12)、白粉病(S11)、花香味(S10),表明紫薇遗传多样性丰富。9个数量性状间有24对性状存在显著或者极显著相关性,主成分分析显示前3个主成分累计贡献率达74.687%。 Lagerstroemia indica is an important ornamental flower duringthe summer season.Statistical analysis was conducted on 13 phenotypic traits of 187 L.indica germplasm resources.The results showed that the genetic diversity index of 9 quantitative traits,from largest to smallest,was as follows:inflorescence length(S2),number of flowers(S1),inflorescence width(S3),leaf width(S7),leaf length(S6),flower diameter(S5),internode number of current year's shoots(S9),length of current year's shoots(S8),and number of petals(S4).The average genetic diversity index for each trait was 1.84,with an average coefficient of variation of 23.97%.The genetic diversity index of 4 qualitative traits,from largest to smallest,was as follows:flower color(S13),weevil pest(S12),powdery mildew(S11),and floral fragrance(S10),indicating rich genetic diversity in L.indica.There are 24 pairs of traits with significant or extremely significant correlation among the 9 quantitative traits.Principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first 3 principal components reached 74.687%.
