摘要
为提高流态固化土工程应用性能和生产效率,采用山西5个不同地区的黄土进行了不同固化剂种类和掺量、搅拌方式、搅拌时间下新拌流态固化土的流动性能和固化后结石率、强度及水稳定性等的对比试验。结果表明:掺8%固化剂即可满足工程应用要求。相同试验条件下,与普通搅拌相比,振动搅拌固化土的流动扩展度增大10~20 mm、悬浮性和结石率更佳、28 d强度提高了9.1%~18.3%、浸水24 h后28 d强度损失率降低了0.4~1.8个百分点、搅拌时间缩短20%。与P·O42.5水泥相比,采用自研的HT型固化剂时,固化土结石率略有提升、28 d强度提高了7.6%~16.7%、浸水24 h后28 d强度损失率降低了0.8~1.7个百分点,综合性能更优。
In order to improve the engineering application performance and production efficiency of fluid solidified soil,five different loesses in Shanxi were used to carry out a comparative test of preparing fluid solidified soil with different mixing processes,including the flow properties of freshly mixed fluid solidified soil,stone rate,strength and water stability after solidification under different types and dosages of solidifying agents,mixing methods,and mixing time.The results show that when the curing agent content is 8%,it can meet the engineering application requirements.Under the same test conditions,compared with ordinary mixing,the flow expansion of the solidified soil produced by vibration mixing is increased by 10~20 mm,the suspension and stone formation rate are better,the 28d strength is increased by 9.1%~18.3%,and the loss rate of 28d strength after immersion in water for 24 h is relatively reduced by 0.4%~1.8%,and the mixing time can be shortened by 20%.Compared with P·O42.5 cement,the stone rate of solidified soil under the self-developed HT-type solidifying agent is slightly increased,the 28 d strength is increased by 7.6%~16.7%,and the 28 d strength loss rate is relatively reduced by 0.8%~1.7%after immersion in water for 24 h,the overall performance is better.
