热焖钢渣骨料对混凝土路面砖物理力学性能的影响研究

摘要 通过对热焖钢渣进行分级、陈化等预处理,采用转炉钢渣作为粗骨料替代碎石、铸余钢渣作为细骨料替代天然河砂制备混凝土路面砖,研究钢渣骨料取代率对其物理力学性能的影响。结果表明:经预处理后的铸余钢渣细骨料可100%取代天然河砂,并对混凝土路面砖早期和后期抗压强度以及耐磨性、抗冻性均有提升作用;而经预处理后的转炉钢渣粗骨料可少量取代天然碎石,当其取代率为40%时,混凝土路面砖磨坑长度较天然砂石制备的混凝土路面砖降低10.3 mm,耐磨度提高了40.7%。 Through the pre-treatment of hot-steaming steel slag,such as grading and aging,converter steel slag is used as coarse aggregate to replace crushed stone,and cast steel slag is used as fine aggregate to replace natural river sand to prepare concrete pavement bricks,and to study the effect of the replacement rate of steel slag aggregate on its physical and mechanical properties.The results show that:after pretreatment,the fine aggregate of cast surplus steel slag can replace 100%of natural river sand,and improve the early and late compressive strength as well as abrasion resistance and frost resistance of concrete pavement bricks,and after pretreatment,the coarse aggregate of converter steel slag can replace a small amount of natural crushed stone,and when its substitution rate is 40%,the length of grinding pit of concrete pavement bricks can be reduced by 10.3 mm compared with that of natural crushed stone,and the abrasion resistance can be improved by 40.7%.The abrasion resistance is improved by 40.7%.
