冷拌钢渣高粘乳化沥青抗滑超薄磨耗层路用性能研究

摘要 选取SBR乳化沥青-玄武岩集料、SBR乳化沥青-钢渣集料、高粘乳化沥青-玄武岩集料和高粘乳化沥青-钢渣集料4种不同的磨耗层混合料,探析不同类型磨耗层的混合料间粘结性能、长期磨耗性能、长期抗滑性能、长期抗水损性能、长期高温性能和耐久疲劳寿命等差异。结果表明:高粘乳化沥青超薄磨耗层相对于常规SBR乳化沥青具有更优异的混合料内部粘结性能、长期磨耗性能、长期抗水损性能和长期高温性能;钢渣集料相对于玄武岩集料,混合料各项性能均有不同程度的提高,特别是长期抗滑性能明显提高。高粘乳化沥青-钢渣混合料作为超薄磨耗层能够显著延长路面使用寿命。 Selecting four different types of wear layer mixtures of SBR emulsified asphalt basalt aggregate,SBR emulsified asphalt steel slag aggregate,high viscosity emulsified asphalt basalt aggregate,and high viscosity emulsified asphalt steel slag aggregate,this study explores the differences in the bonding property,long-term wear property,long-term sliding resistance,long-term water damage resistance,long-term high temperature property,and durability fatigue life of different types of wear layer mixtures.The results show that the ultra-thin wear layer mixture of high viscosity emulsified asphalt had better performance in the internal bonding property,long-term wear property,long-term water damage resistance,long-term high temperature property et al,compared with the conventional SBR emulsified asphalt.When steel slag was used to replace basalt aggregate,the properties of the mixture were improved to varying degrees,especially the long-term sliding resistance.The service life of pavement can be significantly increased by high viscosity emulsified asphalt and steel slag were used as ultra-thin wear layer.
