新质生产力视角下行业产教融合共同体建设逻辑与路径 被引量:21

Research on the Construction of Industry-Education IntegrationCommunity from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity

摘要 行业产教融合共同体充分凸显了行业企业的需求满足,是支撑行业高质量发展的新型组织形态。无论从理论逻辑、历史逻辑还是实践逻辑考量,产教融合共同体形态契合新质生产力发展。当前,共同体建设需要克服产教融合的矛盾问题、转换产教融合的推进动能、彰显新质生产力的时代特征、遵循新质生产力发展的使命。因而,需要明确行业产教融合建设的总体路线,发挥企业和高水平大学的作用,通过技术技能人才培养、搭建技术协同创新平台和推动产教融合国际化发展整合创新资源,高质量推进共同体建设。 The industry education integration community fully highlights the needs of industry enterprises to meet,and is a new organizational form that supports the high-quality development of the industry.Whether in terms of theoretical logic,historical logic,or practical logic,the form of community is in line with the development of new quality productive forces.At present,community construction needs to overcome the traditional problems of industry education integration,transform the driving force of industry education integration,highlight the characteristics of the era of new quality productivity,and follow the mission of developing new quality productivity.The next step is to clarify the overall route of construction,leverage the role of enterprises and high-level universities,and integrate innovative resources through the cultivation of technical and skilled talents,the establishment of a technological collaborative innovation platform,and the promotion of the integration of industry and education for international development,in order to promote high-quality community construction.
