数字经济赋能乡村产业振兴的作用机理——基于湖北省秭归县三个典型乡镇的案例分析

The Mechanism of Digital Economy Enabling Rural Industrial Revitalization:Based on the Case Analysis of Three Typical Towns in Zigui County,Hubei Province

乡村产业振兴是实现乡村全面振兴的物质基础和支撑力量,我国乡村产业正在进入以数字经济赋能为标志的新阶段。本文构建了数字经济赋能乡村产业振兴的理论框架,同时以多案例代表不同主导产业乡镇验证了理论框架的实践性。研究发现,数字经济以数据化农业信息为关键要素,以农业数字技术为核心驱动力量,以农业数字基础设施为硬件支撑和载体,赋予乡村资源要素优化配置、城乡市场有效对接、产业融合发展强大动能,促进了农业增产、农村增值和农民增收,最终助推乡村产业振兴。跨案例比较发现,在数字经济赋能不同主导产业乡镇的乡村产业振兴进程中,赋能层面、方式、领域及效果存在差异。基于此,各农村地区亟待立足本地主导产业,因地制宜地构建数字经济与乡村产业深度融合机制,从而全面有效推进乡村产业振兴。

The revitalization of rural industry is the material foundation and supporting force for the overall revitalization of rural areas,and China’s rural industry is entering a new phase marked by the empowerment of digital economy.In this paper,we construct a theoretical framework of rural industrial revitalization enabled by digital economy,and verify the practicability of the theoretical framework with multiple cases representing different leading industrial towns.The findings show that digital economy takes digitized agricultural information as key element,agricultural digital technology as core driving force,and agricultural digital infrastructure as hardware support and carrier,giving rural areas a strong driving force for optimal allocation of resource factors,effective docking of urban and rural markets,and industrial integration and development,which promotes agricultural production increase,rural value-added and farmers’income increase,and finally realize the revitalization of rural industry.In terms of the differences among the cases,it is found that there are differences in the level,manner,domain and impact of rural industrial revitalization in different leading industrial towns empowered by digital econo⁃my.According to this,all rural areas need to build a deep integration mechanism between digital econo⁃my and rural industry based on local leading industries and local conditions,so as to fully and effectively promote the revitalization of rural industry.
